AE not generating TIFFs with baked-in adjustments

We’ve recently discovered a bug with AE and various language translations in Aperture that prevent TIFFs with baked-in adjustments from being generated. This bug was first reported by a user whose system language was set to German.

This was fixed in V1.0.3 of Aperture Exporter, however their still may be cases of other language translations for Aperture that could cause problems. If you believe you are being affected please contact us with details of the language your system is configured for and we'll get it sorted out for you.

In the meantime, there is a workaround that you can do for yourself:

1. Open the Aperture Image Export profiles window. Menu item: Aperture->Presets->Image Export...
2. Create a new preset called "TIFF - (8-bit) for AE"
3. For that profile ensure the following are set:
Image Format - TIFF
Include Metadata checked
Size To - Original Size
DPI - 72
Gamma Adjustment - 1.0
Color Profile - sRGB IEC61966-2.1
Black Point Compensation - not checked
Show Watermark - not checked
