Status Update - Minor version releases with major features
It's only been 8 days since Aperture Exporter went gold; with availability here from the website and in the Mac App Store. In that time, we've not only been able to do a couple of maintenance releases; we've also added two of the most request features in version 1.0.4:
√ Sanitize filename feature. AE now replaces characters in exported filenames which are forbidden in Lightroom imports.
√ AE now reads the original capture orientation for JPEG images and tags images with orientations that are not landscape. This can be disabled in advanced preferences.
If you have a feature request please send it our way. We'll definitely consider it. And if it benefits a large number of people we'll do our best to get it done.
