Delays with Exporter For Aperture V1.1.3 hitting the App Store

Update 22-08-14: Looks like the issue has been resolved and the new version has propagated.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have had reports that AE V1.1.3 has not yet propagated through to all regional versions of the Mac App Store. It is unusual for it to take so long, so we're assuming it's some trouble at Apple's end.
