A huge thank you to Todd Olthoff for doing this screencast. I think he did a great job!
In this screencast tutorial I cover one way you can export your photos from Aperture if you are looking to try out another photo app like Lightroom 5. With Apple's announcement of ceasing development of Aperture and iPhoto, many people are wondering if they should wait for the photos.app rework or look for other options now. With Exporter for Aperture and some extra hard drive space, you can have the best of both worlds until you decide which is best for you.
In this screencast I take a look at the Exporter for Aperture Application. I cover how to prepare your library for export, walk you through the options available in the application, and show you the final results of the export so you can feel comfortable using it in your own situation.
If you have any questions or comments feel free to leave them below and I'll do my best to get back to you.
Current Version: 1.4.0
System Requirements: Mac OS X 10.7 or up to 10.14.x (Mojave). It is not compatible with MacOS 10.15 (Catalina) or above as Aperture is no longer able to run on those versions. A working installation of Aperture 3.x is required.
